Leadership for a Resilient Future
This is a one to three day leadership development program which uses the Resilient Futures framework and process to identify and develop leaders who:
- Are committed to understanding the impact of local, regional and global conditions when it comes to making decisions about strategy and action.
- Know that conditions are both immediate and emergent - meaning that there are things we know and things we don’t know, but probably should.
- Use connectivity as a powerful enabler of change. Networks are not just a loose collection of colleagues and associates, but rather groups who are intentionally connected in light of conditions and who can work together to create real value.
- Develop organisational and human capability by identifying existing untapped opportunities and by knowing what is needed based on conditions.
- Understand that maximum value is created when conditions, connectivity and capability are deliberately aligned for a common purpose.
The program trains leaders to tune their planning and strategy to existing and emerging conditions and will assist with the creation of a clear context for decision making. As opposed to methods which are based around linear processes, Leadership for a Resilient Future teaches leaders to identify catalytic initiatives which are aligned with conditions, connectivity and capability and ensure that strategies for growth and change are dynamic, effective and sustainable.
